About

nadienne phua is a nurse, interdisciplinary artist, and writer living and working in california.

she explores sound, text, moving image, and immersive liminal spaces. creating spaces where sound turns to warm quicksilver - fluid, radiant, and alive, suspended in shadow and light

shaped by a decade in nursing with a background in philosophy through ethics and metaphysics,

her practice weaves lived experience with creative and metaphysical inquiry, reflecting on the thresholds of the human condition.

her current academic interest is in neuroaesthetics - the intersection of art, sound, and neuroscience in the facilitation of wellness of the whole person. she is currently a student at University of Pennsylvania College of Liberal and Professional Studies for the Neuroscience Certificate Program.
